The Comic Vault has created a membership service for every budget and lifestyle.

Secured Membership:

    Receive 35% off your books with a minimum of 10 monthly titles

Secured Gold Membership:

    Receive 35% off your books and a FREE copy of Preview when you exceed 20 monthly titles.

Basic Membership:

    Receive 10% off your books and there is no minimum on monthly titles.

Basic Plus Membership:

    Receive 20% off your book when you exceed 10 monthly titles on a non-secured account.

Free Bags & Boards
The first thing we do when we get new comics on Wednesday is put them in individual bags and boards. This prevents the books from being damaged during processing and protects them in shipping.

If you were to purchase your own bags and boards, you would probably spend about 10 cents per book! From us, each book comes in its own bag and board for free. If you need extras, packs of 100 are avialable for purchase in the shop.

Q. How much will my books cost?
A. You will receive 35% off cover price with a secured membership.

Q. What is a secured membership?
A. A secured membership is a membership secured by a credit card. Each week at the end business on Wednesday we will charge your credit card for the books in your file.

Q. How do I add comics to my membership?
A. To update your pull list you can email (comics@chicagocomicvault.com), use the phone (773.728.2001) or stop by in person (1530 W Montrose).

Q. What is a pull list?
A. A pull list is the list comic books that you want to receive from the Comic Vault.

Q. What about trade paper backs and graphic novels?
A. You can preorder your books for 35% off or you can pick them up the day of release for 20% off.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. At the end of business each Wednesday.

Q. Will I ever get charged for anything that is not on my pull list?
A. You will never get charged for something extra in your file unless you add it.

Q. What if there is a mistake?
A. We strive for 100% accuracy in our subscription service, but mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong book or find that a book is missing, we will correct the problem immediately at our expense. We are always happy to hear about any concerns that you have about your subscription, our site, or our services. Please feel free to email us at sardo@chicagocomicvault.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Q. Do I get 35% off everything?
A. You get 35% off everything that is on your pull list. Any thing extra is sold at 20% off. Update your pull list to get the greatest discount on your book.

Q. Do you ship books?
A. Yes the Comic Vault does ship books. Email Matt at sardo@chicagocomicvault.com for more details.

A. Stop by the Comic Vault (1530 W Montrose) or for delivery email Matt at sardo@chicagocomicvault.com.

Q. Is there any other way to get 35% off?
A. No, but we have other programs where you can get up to 20% off your books.

Q. What is the return policy?
A. Comic books are collectible items and in general are not returnable. If items are damaged during shipping please contact The Comic Vault (773.728.2001) to arrange for replacement or refund.

Q. What is the privacy policy?
A. The Comic Vault strongly believes in defending the privacy of our customers. We do not share customer information with anyone, unless the customer has explicitly requested marketing or promotional considerations related to comic books. We do not send e-mail to customers unless specifically requested or directly relevant to customer activities.
